Pastoral Care of Homosexual Persons
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith was the first Congregation to be reformed by Paul VI-through motu proprio of December 7, 1965, the last day the 2nd Vatican Council. The reform confirmed its task to "watch over the doctrine of faith and morals throughout the whole Catholic world."
